Not only is fresh soup delicious, tasty and satisfying, it can also be low in fat, sugar and calories too! With this in mind, we've independently commissioned nutritionists to develop a healthy eating plan featuring existing soups from within our range. The result is the two week Shape Up With Soup eating plan.

Guilt free convenience
Anyone following the plan are simply asked to swap their normal meal at lunch or dinner for one 300g serving of our soup and a slice of wholegrain bread, a wholegrain bread roll or crispbread, for a maximum of two weeks; plus follow the suggested meal ideas to maintain a healthy balanced diet throughout the day.

Dr Jennie Cockroft, Registered Public Health Nutritionist from Purely Nutrition, created the eating plan. Research among 100 women who trialled the plan over two weeks found extremely positive results. Of those participants who undertook the Shape Up with Soup plan 83% lost weight, but perhaps more importantly 80% of participants said that they had enjoyed following the eating plan.
