Fresh soup didn't exist before us - or at least not outside those homes and restaurants where time and patience were plentiful. Now you can buy it in almost every supermarket in the country. What we did was obvious, yet revolutionary.
We took the same ingredients you had at home and turned them into a soup that was as fresh and tasty as if you'd done the job yourself. That was back in 1987, now we continue to lead the way with recipes that reflect the best of traditional and contemporary cuisine.
In the NCG kitchen you’ll see the patient sorting of carefully selected ingredients and the gentle simmering of vegetables which still produces the freshest and tastiest recipes on the market.
We’ve moved our passion on a few steps further over the last couple of years… ranges of fresh pasta sauces, fresh risottos and fresh quiche - all created with natural ingredients alongside that extra special attention and gentle care you expect.
