Q: Without reading the ingredients list, we wonder if you can tell just how many seasonal vegetables we've packed into our Summer Vegetable soup?

A: As many as we could think of. Then we added a dollop of cream, some fragrant mint and lemon thyme. Winter now seems so far away.

Ingredients: Water, potatoes, onions, broccoli, double cream, broad beans (2.2%), courgettes (2.2%), peas (2.2%), spinach (2.2%), mature cheddar cheese, green beans (1.1%), cornflour, salt, mint, garlic, lemon thyme, cracked black pepper.
