We love great-tasting soup, which is why we make it fresh every day. We start with a headful of ideas and a chopping board piled high with ingredients – we chop, blend, season and simmer until our soup tastes as fresh as our ideas.

- AsparagusThis soup is testament to the fact that sometimes, the simplest recipes are the tastiest. The fresh flavour of asparagus enveloped by creamy potato and onion, with just a touch of seasoning.
- Beef & Irish Stout (New!)A hearty, beef soup, complimented by a generous glug of Irish stout. Tender pieces of beef, with carrots and onions, flavoured with a pinch of thyme - but by no means, does it play second fiddle to the richness of the stout.
- Bengal Lancers (New!)Using aromatic, flavourful ingredients native to India's West Bengal region, we've created this fabulous Anglo-Indian dhal recipe. Packed full of mildly spiced lentils and chickpeas, this aromatic soup is hearty enough to have satisfied the hungriest of Bengal Lancers.
- Broccoli & StiltonEndlessly warming and comforting - the creamy, pale green of softened broccoli florets marry perfectly with the lively tang of mature Stilton cheese
- Butternut & Sage (New!)We've pureed butternut squashes and added fragrant sage leaves, remaining careful not to overpower the subtle squash flavour. The result is a beautifully smooth, delicious, yet simple combination.
- Carrot & CorianderThis is the soup we're best known for - our 'crown jewels'! We were first to marry the sweetness of carrots with peppery coriander leaves. Where we lead others follow…
- Chicken MulligatawnyOur Anglo-Indian recipe. Chicken, red lentils, long grain rice-flavoured with coconut and a traditional Indian spice blend. Our minds drift to evenings in our local Indian restaurant with good friends (and bad jokes).
- Chicken SoupTraditionally comforting, this recipe really is good for the soul - and not just for when you're poorly.
- Chicken, Lemon & Tarragon (New!)A classic combination - a rich and creamy, chicken soup with a fair handful of aromatic tarragon, and zesty lemon juice bursting through to really awaken your tastebuds.

- Smoked Haddock ChowderFish soup' - you either love it or you hate it, we unanimously love ours. Naturally smoked haddock fillets and chunky vegetables in a thick potato chowder. Warms the cockles* of your heart. (*contains no cockles, they're down to you - although perhaps a garnish)?
- Soup of the MonthIf you like Kedgeree, you'll love our Kedgeree soup. Flaked, Atlantic smoked haddock cooked with long grain rice, onions and herbs; then flavoured with delicate curry spices. As we use un-dyed haddock, the warm yellow colouring comes from our use of authentic turmeric. It's traditionally garnished with chopped, hard boiled eggs - so feel free to add your own!
- Spicy Butternut Squash & Sweet PotatoOur smooth blend of squash, sweet potato and mascarpone cheese, with flecks of red chilli. The warmth from garam masala and cumin lend their Indian influences to this warming soup.
- Spicy ParsnipAlthough our Spicy Parsnip soup is simple and velvety smooth, it could be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Comforting, slightly sweet parsnips, with a not-so-subtle chilli kick. (Contains no wolves...or sheep)!

- Thai Chicken FusionHere's our version of the traditional Thai soup, Tom Kha Kai (Thai chicken coconut soup). We've fused authentic Asian inspired flavours of coconut, lemongrass, ginger, mint and lime leaves with succulent pieces of tender chicken. As we raise our bowls to our lips, we say "aroi mak" ("very delicious" in Thai).
- Tomato & Chunky VegA hearty soup if ever we've made one. Crammed full of sweet juicy tomatoes, and bulging with an endless list of vegetables - 8 of them…go on count them
- Tomato & Fennel (New!)This clever marriage between juicy tomatoes and flavourful fennel seeds is heavenly. We just love it as a delicious, fragrant soup, but it makes a perfect base for fish or chicken stews, too!
